Why do we ask for your comments?
The mandate of the British Columbia Bed & Breakfast Innkeepers Guild includes a Quality Assurance Inspection Program of hosts' facilities. We concentrate our inspection on your safety and security and on property cleanliness, housekeeping, food preparation areas and your hosts' attention to service and hospitality. Only you can tell us how well we do our job.
If you have recently stayed at one of our member properties, please take a moment to fill out the comment card below.
The comments you provide may also help to determine the annual recipient of the Moyra Turner Hospitality award.
If you are not happy with your stay
While all our members meet, and in most cases exceed, requirements of the Quality Assurance Inspection Program, it is possible that your experience at one of our member properties is less than you expected. We take this very seriously and have an Ethics Committee in place to promptly address your concerns. You may confidentially write to the Chairperson of the Committee at the following address ethics@bcinnkeepers.com
Our Ethics Committee was formed to assist in resolving any issues you, our guests, may have with a stay at one of our member properties.
